About This Build Project
At Mighty Small Homes we make our home kits for the Do-It-Yourselfer. Set near two national parks in Northern California, this Modern is a great example of a self-build. Built over a crawl space foundation, this home measures 20 feet by 36 feet for 720 square feet of living space. The optional loft provides the owner with additional storage and a crawl-in sleeping space for guests.
